RIC#81

Hi Everyone!

Today i made a card inspired by the RIC # 81.

For this card i used the water color pencils and colored on the water color paper and used baby oil to blend it and made banners using the bakers twin.And used the clouds embossing folder inked it with blue pigment ink and did the dry embossing technique.Finally finished it with sentiment from Hampton arts..

and then i used the Neon hero arts ink and inked the edges of the base card and placed the panel on top of it.Just to replicate the blue color on her hair and eye shadow..
